When you purchase through Bonnie Baby, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders are sent from our international warehouse in Hong Kong and the shipping times are contingent on the current estimated shipping durations. Our Shipping details for time are below:

  • United States: 8-15 business days
  • Australia: 8-15 business days
  • New Zealand: 8-15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8-15 business days

Order cutoff time: 6:00PM (GMT +10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Brisbane)
Order processing time: 1-3 days (Monday-Friday)
Delivery time: 7-12 days (Monday-Friday)

Total delivery time: 8-15 business days

SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING OFFER

All orders cost a flat $10 of standard shipping unless your order is over $40 which gives you Free Shipping. Our website will automatically apply this free shipping promotion to your order when you check out.

We do not currently support any international shipping apart from the regions mentioned above.

Any fees and charges are all included in the price advertised. There are no hidden fees.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We dispatch our products to any location within Australia, the United States, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Once a product is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If a change is required, please contact us promptly after placing your order.

 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

We bear no responsibility for parcels or packages damaged during transit. In the event of receiving a damaged parcel in person, reject it from the courier and promptly contact our customer service. If rejection is not feasible, contact our customer service at the earliest opportunity for assistance.

 

LOST IN TRANSIT

We will aim to replace any lost orders, please let our customer support know via our contact@bonniebaby.com.au email and we’ll organise this.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

A tracking number is generated as soon as your item is shipped to you after the order processing time. You will then be able to use the tracking number on our “Track order” page anytime to see the progress.
