How do I know what size to get?
To ensure you select the appropriate size, you can access our measurements and measuring instructions on our sizing page.
How do I know that my shoes fit?
Infant and toddler shoes should be snug but not tight with 0.5cm - 1cm free between the tip of the toe and the shoe.
Updating your order
Am I able to edit/update my order?
To update or make changes to your order, please contact as at contact@bonniebaby.com.au and our team can update the order for you. If the item has already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

What shipping providers do you use?
We offer standard shipping methods through Australia Post and Fast Horse.
What are your shipping times?
Order cutoff time: 6:00PM (GMT +10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Brisbane)
Order processing time: 1-3 days (Monday-Friday)
Delivery time: 7-12 days (Monday-Friday)
Total delivery time: 8-15 business days
Where do you ship?
We dispatch our products to any location within Australia.
Why are some of my items being shipped separately?
When you place an order with multiple products, each item may be shipped from different international warehouses based on availability and the fastest delivery options. In cases where a particular item is in high demand and on backorder, we may send packages separately and at varying times to ensure you receive the available items promptly.
